Each year the Chesapeake Reading Council is privileged with sponsorship of an important endeavor, the CRC Literacy Award. The CRC Literacy Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions in promoting literacy in your school and community. This noncompetitive recognition is the perfect opportunity to show your appreciation for the hard work of a volunteer, a business, and/or a staff member who are consistently encouraging students to "Blast Off Into 21st Century Literacies".
